We pride ourselves in serving Utah's racially and ethnically diverse communities, which make up 22% of the state's total population. About Us

Utah Multicultural Commission

The Utah Multicultural Commission is a community-informed and policy-driven body that focuses on building relationships with policy makers and state partners to elevate the needs and concerns of historically underserved and underrepresented Utahns.  This commission will become an anchor resource and advisory group on relevant and necessary quality of life strategies to help all Utahns thrive.

Policy-Driven, Community-Informed

Our Purpose

The commission develops recommendations in partnership with state leaders and stakeholders to advance opportunity and address disparities. Focus areas include: Housing, Education, Economy, Health, and Criminal & Juvenile Justice.

A resource brief is created after every meeting to summarize what was presented to the commission. The intent of this resource is to centralize information, not to endorse.
