Fall and spring event

Multicultural Youth Leadership Day

Our 10th - 12th grade students are invited to join a interactive day of professional development that builds their capacity to lead in their communities.

Multicultural Youth Leadership Day will hold a virtual event in the fall and an in-person cohort experience in the spring to develop our emerging leaders passions, practice financial empowerment, and explore college and career pathways. Our in-person experience will focus on building mentorship and practical leadership application.

Our next Multicultural Youth Leadership Day will be held in Fall of 2024.

"Leadership isn’t someone who does all the work, it is knowing how to listen and make decisions. A good leader is someone who influences people, someone who helps others and someone who has a growth mindset and influences with a growth mindset."
