EVENT DETAILS
Calling 10th-12th grade multicultural students and educators! The Multicultural Youth Leadership Day is an annual event hosted by the Utah Division of Multicultural Affairs. This engaging program aims to motivate all students to pursue leadership and civic engagement pathways. The same program will be presented on both days to accommodate more school schedules.

To be held virtually over Zoom. A Zoom link will be sent via email prior to the event.

2023 Multicultural Youth Leadership Day Student Impact Award
The Student Impact Award celebrates the Division's mission of promoting an inclusive climate for Utahns by spotlighting our young leaders who are already making an impact in their schools, neighborhoods, and communities.
We seek to recognize Utah students from grades 10th, 11th, and 12th who are passionate about supporting their community and who have demonstrated leadership and creativity in addressing local needs.
IMPORTANT UPDATE: DEADLINE EXTENDED AND AWARD INCREASED
A award of $500 will be awarded to 6 engaged students who are showing up for Utah in a way that demonstrates your willingness and courage to be a problem solver.
3 awards will go to students in the 12th grade, 2 awards will go to students in the 11th and 1 award will be given to a 10th grade student.
Submissions will close 5:00 PM May 1st, 2023.
