The Utah Division of Multicultural Affairs, in collaboration with the Utah Department of Cultural & Community Engagement, host grant and sponsorship programs that work to support community-based organizations in their work towards opportunity-building.
RACIAL EQUITY AND INCLUSION FUND
The Racial Equity and Inclusion Fund, through the leadership of the Multicultural Advisory Committee of the State of Utah's COVID-19 Response, will provide grants to community-based organizations (CBOs) to provide emergency support and financial assistance to disproportionately impacted communities, which will also focus on lasting impact to alter systemic disparities.
MULTICULTURAL RURAL MENTAL HEALTH GRANT
The Multicultural Rural Mental Health Grant aims to support those impacted by the mental and behavioral health challenges during this COVID-19 pandemic, by encouraging Utah rural residents to seek and receive accessible services to address their needs. This grant will support the urgent need to address mental and behavioral health challenges that have been intensified and magnified by COVID-19 in Utah’s rural communities.

The one-time Strengthening Capacity Grant is a funding project that aims to bolster the effectiveness of Utah-based nonprofit organizations by investing in their internal processes and procedures.
