GRANTS


The Utah Division of Multicultural Affairs, in collaboration with the Utah Department of Cultural & Community Engagement, host certain grant programs that work to support community-based organizations in their work towards opportunity-building. All interested applicants should review eligibility requirements carefully. 

RACIAL EQUITY AND INCLUSION FUND

The Racial Equity and Inclusion Fund, through the leadership of the Multicultural Advisory Committee of the State of Utah's COVID-19 Response, will provide grants to community-based organizations (CBOs) to provide emergency support and financial assistance to disproportionately impacted communities, which will also focus on lasting impact to alter systemic disparities.

MULTICULTURAL RURAL MENTAL HEALTH GRANT

The Multicultural Rural Mental Health Grant aims to support those impacted by the mental and behavioral health challenges during this COVID-19 pandemic, by encouraging Utah rural residents to seek and receive accessible services to address their needs. This grant will support the urgent need to address mental and behavioral health challenges that have been intensified and magnified by COVID-19 in Utah’s rural communities.
