Celebrating the Flavors That Bring Us Together: Utah’s Latino & Hispanic Food Scene

Food brings us together in special ways. Utah’s Latino and Hispanic community is vastly diverse in their backgrounds, but also their cuisines! Explore the different restaurants and food trucks that celebrate Latin flavors across the state. Utah’s Diplomatic History: Latin-American & Hispanic Consulates in Utah

The Consulate of Mexico in Salt Lake City has provided influence and support for more than 110 years. This legacy of diplomacy paved the way for other Latin American and Hispanic consulates to enter Utah, including El Salvador, which officially opened a general consulate in 2023, and other honorary offices including those representing Peru, Brazil, Spain and Uruguay.

Embracing Wellness: LiveOn Español and Other Mental Health Initiatives

Mental health and wellness is critical for a thriving community, which is why public and private organizations are expanding resources to better serve communities across language and backgrounds.
